English: All that seems to remain of the George K. Crozer estate in Upland, PA, which is on the NRHP. Given the state of the building at the time of application (1980s?) it is not surprising that little remains - see picture [1]
This looks like a carriage house or something similar. A small building in a grand style, falling down and surrounded by a 10 foot high overgrown chain link fence.
In case this is not legally possible: Smallbones grants anyone the right to use this work for any purpose, without any conditions, unless such conditions are required by law.
