Craftsman house, Wallingford Seattle, Washington, USA - noticed while out on a walk 10 Sep 2006
I just noticed that this house was featured in the 7 January 2007 Seattle Times Sunday magazine. THis house was originally ordered in 1911 from a Sears catalog. It is Bungalow plan 264, page 244 of the Sears Modern Home Mail Order Catalog.
It cost $1106 for materials or $2800 including labor.
It was remodelled in 2003, the architects were Steve Hoedemaker and Tom Bosworth. The second story was added. The constrauction was by JAS Design Build.
