Le 9 juin 2020, dans le cadre d’un "pont aérien humanitaire" organisé par l’Union européenne, la Belgique et la France, le Ministre français des Affaires étrangères, Jean-Yves Le Drian et le Commissaire européen à la gestion des crises, Janez Lenarčič, se sont rendus à Goma où ils ont rencontré des autorités congolaises et des responsables de l’ONU et offert 45 tonnes de fret humanitaire, comprenant des purificateurs d’eau, un soutien nutritionnel et des fournitures médicales générales. English: Goma, North Kivu, DRC. The fight against Covid-19 pandemic also requires international solidarity. On June 9, 2020, as part of a "humanitarian airlift" organized by the European Union, Belgium and France, the French Minister for Foreign Affairs, Jean-Yves Le Drian and the European Commissioner for Crisis Management, Janez Lenarčič traveled to Goma where they met Congolese authorities and various UN officials and donated 45 tons of humanitarian cargo, including water purifiers, nutritional items and basic medical supplies.
