English: Registered letter (closed letter) with a stamp of the control of foreign exchange issued by the Soviet Philatelic Association, 1928.
Русский: Маркированный конверт СССР с надписью «Закрытое письмо» на русском языке и эсперанто и гербом СССР, который был отправлен в 1929 году из Москвы в Берлин в виде заказного письма с вложением филателистического материала, прошедшего контроль СФА, о чём свидетельствуют марка контрольного сбора по заграничному обмену (1928), контрольный штамп (на обороте) и другие отметки. Напечатанный знак почтовой оплаты - 10-копеечная марка; дополнительное франкирование стандартной маркой в 18 копеек.
