English: A SEM-EDS image of a copper-plated heterojunction solar cell. The copper finger has partially dislodged from the Silicon/ITO surface, with some silicon stuck underneath the finger. The finger is capped with tin metal. Tin is also visible in the ITO layer. The colours are indicative of elements present.
