English: Blocked entrance to former railway station, Cooper Bridge Road, Clifton The railway was built as the line from Manchester to Leeds, but was superseded by the line through Huddersfield and Standedge tunnel. For many years it was open for goods traffic only, but now there are two passenger trains a day from Brighouse to Leeds. |
