Description
English: A multitude of microscopic organisms such as bacterial colonies, fungi, and algae can easily thrive within the moderately high temperatures present inside a cooling tower. Therefore, frequent, and effective chemical treatment and shocks are required for cooling water to minimize the likelihood of microorganisms thriving.
