Description

Communist troops left Guangdong to Shandong shiped by US Navy.

The US Presidential Envoy Marshall approved the use of US ships to transport the Communist Army’s Dongjiang column from Guangdong to the Communist Party of China. The picture shows the Dongjiang column arriving at Yantai Wharf. 由美国总统特使马歇尔批准使用美军舰船将共产党军队东江纵队由广东运往山东共产党控制区。图为东江纵队抵达烟台码头。

(For the People's Republic of China, the URAA took effect on January 1, 1996. For the Republic of China (ROC), the URAA took effect on January 1, 2002.[1])
