English: Construction began on the Cole Block, named for Albert A. Cole, in 1891 and finished in 1892. The building features decorative finials, Arizona sandstone, and cream colored brick. Cole committed suicide after the Panic of 1893, and his wife sold the building to Ralph Granger. The building has been home to the Lion Clothing Company, the Coronado View Hotel, and the New Kelsey Hotel.
