English: Coat of arms of the Danish town Holbæk. Derived from a seal known since 1519 which may date back to 1400. The arms are canting, the name of the town being derived som wood ("Holt") and brook ("bæk").
Dansk: Holbæks byvåben. Baseret på segl kendt siden 1519, der kan stamme tilbage fra 1400. Våbnet er talende. Holbæk kommer af Holt (træ) og bæk.
