В серебряном поле над пониженным сверху тонко окоймленным серебром, разделенным серебряной нитью на лазурь и зелень поясом, лазоревая гора о трех вершинах, средняя вершина которой выше и с ущербом слева, поверх всего серебряный портик с расположенным в нем бьющим фонтаном того же металла. Щит может быть увенчан золотой башенной короной о пяти зубцах.
