DescriptionCloghane Village - geograph.org.uk - 1427918.jpg
English: Cloghane Village This is the main street in Cloghane. On the extreme left is the Mount Brandon Hostel, where the Post Office with its emerald green letterbox is situated. beyond that, with the slate and thatched roof, is O'Donnels, a pleasant pub where a good unpretentious meal can be had, the rhubarb and strawberry crumble was delicious ! The large blue poster was one of many to be seen across Eire at this time, with European Parliament and local council elections taking place.
