English: Cliff House, Salcombe. Cliff House "was given in trust for the benefit of the people of Salcombe and to provide accommodation for the Yacht Club, which occupies the 'tower' end of the building. In the remaining part is a large Assembly Room, a smaller Function Room, a newly refurbished commercial kitchen, the town Library, the Town Clerk's Office and some commercial offices".
