Summary

Description
English: The town of Clarksville, Mo., at river mile 273 on the Upper Mississippi River, prepares the historic downtown area for a siege. Much of the town sits on high ground, but some of the older buildings, including its oldest, sit within striking distance of the Mississippi's rising waters.
