Bragg, N.C., discuss Joint Operation Clove Hitch III outside Atlantic Command Operational Control Center, Norfolk, Va. The exercise, being conducted April 8-20 in the Caribbean, involves more than 21,000 Army, Navy, Air Force and Marine Corps personnel.
