Summary

Description
English: Diesel EMD GP20 No. 985 was built new in 1954 as a GP9. The Shay steam engine, Mount Emily Lumber Company Number 1, was built in 1923 by Lima Locomotive Works and used to haul logs from forests to mills. The Shay is owned by the Oregon Historical Society and is housed, maintained and operated (on special occasions) by the City of Prineville Railway, a short-line connecting Prineville with Redmond, 18 miles to the west.
