Summary

Description Postcard photo of the streamliner City of Los Angeles near Sterling, Illinois and traveling along the Rock River. The train was jointly operated between the Union Pacific and Chicago and North Western railroads until 1955, when the partnership changed to Union Pacific and the Chicago, Milwaukee, St. Paul, and Pacific (The Milwaukee Road) railroads.
