English: City Hall, Southwark, London, England. This interestingly shaped building on an open concourse next to Tower Bridge on the south bank of the Thames is the new City Hall. It looks a little like an Easter Island head to me - with perhaps a little Darth Vader thrown in - but quite aesthetically pleasing I think - better than the horrible oblong blocks that went up in the 60s & 70s.
