Description
English: People's Liberation Army (PLA) Navy sailors stand at attention aboard the PLA Navy type 920 hospital ship Daishandao (AHH 866) in Quingdao, China, April 20, 2009, during a U.S. Navy Chief of Naval Operations U.S. Navy Adm. Gary Roughead visit to the PLA Navy headquarters. Roughead visited China to participate in the 60th anniversary of the founding of the PLA Navy, to foster naval and military relationships between the two nations, and to explore areas for enhanced cooperation.
