Deutsch: Skyline von Chicago gesehen vom Adler Planetarium
English: Chicago skyline as seen from adler planetarium. The image stretches from Shedd Aquarium on the very left all the way to Navy Pier on the very right. The image is composed from 22 portrait shots taken with Sigma 150mm lens on a Canon EOS 5D. For assembly hugin/panotools were used, most of the keypoints were added manually. The extreme aspect ratio made a large amount of vertical guides necessary to ensure that the buildings do not tilt. The image was taken on August 16th, the day of the unofficial ceremony marking the finish of concret pouring at the Trump Tower (the american Flag and a Bucket of concrete can be seen hanging on a crane atop the building.

Image obtenue en combinant 22 images obtenues avec un appareil Canon EOS 5D équipé d'un objectif Sigma 150 mm avec les logiciels Hugin et panotools. Une attention particulière a été apportée à la correction des distorsions affin qu'aucun bâtiment ne paraisse penché.

Nederlands: Chicago skyline gezien van adler planetarium. Het beeld strekt zich uit van Shedd Aquarium op de links helemaal naar Navy Pier op het recht. Het beeld bestaat uit 22 portretten gemaakt met Sigma 150mm lens op een Canon EOS 5D. Voor montage hugin/panotools gebruikt werden, de meeste keypoints werden handmatig toegevoegd. De extreme hoogte-breedteverhouding maakte een grote verticale geleiders nodig om ervoor te zorgen dat de gebouwen niet kantelen.
Español: Ciudad de Chicago visto desde adler planetarium. La imagen se extiende desde Shedd Aquarium en la izquierda todo el camino hasta el muelle de la Marina en derecho.
