DescriptionChatham Dockyard Royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom (5882483106).jpg
I took this photo of the Royal coat of arms of the United Kingdom in Chatham, Kent, on a visit to the Medway towns in July 2007. The coat of arms is on the main gate of Chatham Dockyard.
At the bottom you can see the motto 'Dieu et Mon Droit' (God and my right'); it is also possible to make out part of the motto 'Honi soit qui mal y pense' ('Evil be to him who evil thinks').
