English: Coat of arms of Kharkiv Oblast, Ukraine

Русский: Официальный герб Харьковской области Украины "Рог изобилия и кадуцей", дарованный Харьковскому наместничеству (затем Харьковской губернии) императрицей Екатериной Второй в 1778/1784 г.; переоформленный (рамка вокруг) и утверждённый Харьковским облсоветом в конце 1990-х.

Цвет герба на данном изображении более светлый и с уклоном в яркость (переярчен), неестественный.

Date первоначально - 1778 (сам герб), новая редакция - конец 1990-х.

Source первоисточник изображения - канцелярия Харьковского наместничества (XVIII век); данного герба - Харьковский областной совет (это не эталон!)

Author Герб утверждён Харьковским облсоветом (не этот экземпляр конкретно)
