Es tracta d'un pas definitiu per a la reordenació del sistema penitenciari a Barcelona i per donar resposta a una llarga reivindicació veïnal de recuperar per a l'ús ciutadà dos espais necessaris per al desenvolupament de nous equipaments municipals i l'augment del parc d'habitatges públics. |
