Bureau of Industrial Service/NBC-TV In the 1950s and 1960s, it was not uncommon for television networks, studios, and the shows' sponsors to use an advertising agency to distribute their publicty material. The Bureau of Industrial Service was a division of advertising agency Young & Rubicam.
