Español: Casa Hodgkinson, llamada así por la primera familia que habitó ahí. En esta casa se construyó el primer automóvil de Chile, de la marca Citröen, al igual que el primer tranvía, carros del ferrocarril y una locomotora. También conocida como Casa San Luis. Actualmente usada como centro cultural y biblioteca de la ciudad de Graneros.
