Français : Une tradition du Carnaval de Québec : des audacieux en maillot de bain se baigneront dans la neige à des températures pouvant atteindre les −15 °C. La préparation pour les sorties se fait par un réchauffement musculaire, c'est donc tous ensemble qu'ils participent à un entraînement corporel, car il n'y a pas de sauna. Les groupes font trois « baignades » à des intervalles différents selon leurs expériences et leurs volontés. |
