Summary

Description A captured German Messerschmitt Me 109F-2 (RAF serial ES906) in RAF day-fighter camouflage, on the ground at RAF Duxford while being operated by the Air Fighting Development Unit, October 1941. The aircraft had force-landed near Dover by the commander of I/JG 26, Major Rolf Peter Pingel.
