Summary

Description
English: Canadair, today part of Bombardier, was contracted to produce versions of the Sparrow II, the self-contained active-seeking version of the Sparrow missile. They built a total of seven airframes, including five rebuilt using Douglas airframes and two from scratch, before the program was shut down with the cancellation of the Avro Arrow program.
