Summary

Description Image of Cajal bodies (green) in nuclei of mouse P19 cell line (blue). Cajal bodies are visualized by GFP-labeled marker protein p80/Coilin and nuclei are visualized by DNA intercalating dye DAPI. Image was created on DeltaVision Core microscope using 60x objective as a series of z-stack images and then processed with maximum intensity projection into a single image.
