Summary

Description
English: Archeological park inside the northern enclosure of the Cairo Citadel, looking towards the towers of Burj al-Ramla and Burj al-Hadid in the distance (the northeast corner of the Citadel). According to Caroline Williams (see "Islamic Monuments in Cairo: The Practical Guide"), the two towers are from Salah ad-Din's enclosure but were expanded under al-Kamil in 1207.
