English: 5 meters high Alfraganus memorial from bronze and granite near the nilometer, Roda island, Cairo, Egypt. The memorial was created 2007 by the Uzbek sculptor Djalalitdin Tursunovich Ravshan Mirtadjiev (*1954, Джалалитдин Турсунович Равшан Миртаджиев, روشن جلال الدين مرتاجييف) and is a present of Uzbekistan to Egypt.
العربية: تمثال أحمد الفرغاني الفلكي المسلم ولد في فرغانة بأوزبكستان وعاش في بغداد والقاهرة وأشرف على بناء مقياس النيل بجزيرة الروضة. التمثال طوله 5 أمتار وهو إهداء من أوزبكستان لمصر. مكانه هو بالقرب من مقياس النيل بجزيرة الروضة في القاهرة.
