English: Cadets are put through their paces in advance of progressing to a commission. Exercise TAPO MACAW offered an understanding into the selection process for a Commission in the Territorial Army and Army Cadet Force.

Team work, mental agility and physical robustness was tested to prepare Potential Officers in advance of the Army Officer Selection Board (AOSB).
