Español: Desde 1865, es un plato tradicional de la provincia de Chubut (Argentina) merced a la inmigración galesa llamándosele aquí torta negra galesa o, sencillamente, torta negra (en galés: Cacen ddu). Cymraeg: Teisen o'r Wladfa Gymreig ym Mhatagonia yw cacen ddu. Mae'n debyg cafodd ei throsglwyddo i Gymru gan deuluoedd o dras Gymreig oedd yn dychwelyd i'w mamwlad. Mae'n cynnwys siwgr crai (muscovado), almonau, sinamon, sbeisys cymysg, rỳm du, cyrens, resins, a syltanas. Rhoddir eisin dros ben y deisen gan lifo i lawr ei hochrau. |
