Summary

Description
English: 22 CXorf65 ortholog sequences arranged by DoD MYA (Date of Divergence via Median Year Average) then Percent ID (identity). DoD MYA provided by TimeTree. Sequences and accession #’s were obtained through NCBI BLAST. Percent ID and Percent SIM (similarity) came from pairwise alignments using EMBOSS Needle. Colored sections correspond to classification: Orange-Mammals, Green-Reptiles, Yellow-Aves, Purple-Amphibians, Blue-Bony Fish, Indigo-Cartilaginous Fish, Gray-Invertebrates.
