History: A 58 year old man with 3 weeks of symptoms including pain over the sinuses, fever and tachycardia.
Findings: The right maxillary sinus is completely filled with mucus, dislocating a fragmented medial wall into the nasal cavity. The other walls have sclerotic thickening.
