Summary

Description
English: 56-year-old woman with low back pain. Sagittal CT reformat showed typical SN features, as observed for the small SN at the inferior endplate of the L3 vertebral body (arrow): the vertebral nodule was broad-based at the endplate, with well-defined contours and thin marginal sclerosis. A large and less typical SN (arrowhead) is observed at the superior endplate of L4.
