CSS SPRAY was a side-wheel steam gunboat. She operated in the vicinity of the naval station at St. Marks, Fla., during 1863-65, and was the object of much attention by the Federal forces in that vicinity. She was commanded by Lts. C. W. Hays, CSN, and H. L. Lewis CSN. SPRAY surrendered to the Federal forces in May 1865.
