Commendation of the Chief of the Federal Agency for Special Construction of the Russian Federation. Instituted on 21 November 2000 by departmental order 169. Awarded to employees of the Federal Service for Special Construction of the Russian Federation, of the military central administration, of military engineering and road-building units in military formations of SpetsStroy and others have made a significant contribution to solving the challenges facing the service. |
