English: COLONEL JOHN HANNUM HOUSE; HANNUM WAS A POLITICIAN, BUSINESSMAN, AND COLONIAL MILITIAMAN. HE WAS THE BROTHER-IN-LAW OF THOMAS CHEYNEY WHO WARNED WASHINGTON OF HOWE’S CROSSING AT TRIMBLE’S FORD IN THE BATTLE OF BRANDYWINE. HOUSE WAS BUILT IN 1760.
THERE IS ANOTHER PICTURE (IN WIKIPEDIA) REPUTED TO BE THIS HOUSE BUT I SPOKE TO THE MAN WHO HAS LIVED IN THIS HOUSE FOR 40 YEARS AND WHO IS A REVOLUTIONARY WAR RE-ENACTOR AND HE ASSURES ME THIS IS HANNUM'S HOUSE. BESIDES IT IS 898 FRANK ROAD
