Yes (scanned at 150 dpi from a reproduction in a book; the original will be better-quality)

Purpose of use

This shows a typical narrow-gauge train on the CL&N.

Replaceable?

Very few photographs have been taken of CL&N trains during its 13 years of narrow-gauge operations. None of those reproduced in the 1986 book Narrow Gauge in Ohio are definitely public domain, though it is actually pretty likely that those like this are, given their age and unpublished anonymous status. It is practically impossible to describe the look of a passenger train in words, especially to a non-railfan.
