English: Plaque erected in 1914 by London County Council at 75 Great Dover Street, Southwark, in 1914 but after the demolition of the building it was re-erected in in 1953 at 217 New Kent Road, also in Southwark. On demolition of that building it was finally re-erected at the current address, 99 Nightingale Lane, Balham, London SW12 8LZ, London Borough of Wandsworth, in 1971.
