CARAT, a series of bilateral exercises, takes place throughout the Western Pacific each summer. The exercise increases regional cooperation and promotes interoperability with participating nations. Military forces from Indonesia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Malaysia and Brunei are participating in CARAT 01 |
