Summary

Description
English: Because C26 steranes are generally present in a magnitude lower than other more common steranes (C27, C28, C29), GC/MS/MS is usually done in order to better analyze the C26 steranes. (a) shows the summation of GC/MS/MS transitions for all steranes whereas (b) shows transitions for only C26 steranes and where those peaks map to the summation.
