I believe that this image of a video game screenshot should be considered fair use for the following reasons.

1. It is used with the intent to improve the article's quality.
2. The image is my own creation and was taken with use of an emulator at the time and date stated above. Therefore I allow it to be used on this site.
3. To the best of my knowledge, there is no alternative version of this image available.
4. It's very doubtful that a free use image for this game actually exists.

This image is a screenshot from a video game, and its copyright is most likely held by the game's publisher or developer. It is believed that the use of low-resolution screenshots to visually identify the game in question on the English Wikipedia, hosted on servers in the United States by the non-profit Wikimedia Foundation, constitutes fair use under the Copyright law of the United States.
