English: This image shows a photograph of the Burnie Theatre Star on Mount Street, Burnie taken sometime between 1936 and 1950. The promotional image of the Burnie Theatre Star showcasing its façade detailing and neon signage was taken by Star Theatres Pty Ltd. Image held by the Burnie Historical Society. Under Australian law, all photographs taken in Australia before 1955 are in the public domain. This image is in the public domain under both Australian copyright law and US copyright law.
