For documentary purposes the German Federal Archive often retained the original image captions, which may be erroneous, biased, obsolete or politically extreme.
Das Flugzeug der Zukunft! Der deutsche Ober Ingenieur Zaschka hat jetzt die Versuche mit seinem Rotationsflugzeug erfolgreich beendet. Die Erfindung ermöglicht es, dass das Rotationsflugzeug infolge seiner rotierenden Tragflächen von der Erde senkrecht aufsteigen und genau so landen kann. Die rotierenden Tragflächen sind in der Mitte mit einem Kreisel verbunden, welche 1400 Umdrehungen in der Minute macht und durch einen luftgekühlten Motor angetrieben wird. Der Kreisel hält gleichzeitig die Ballance des Flugzeuges und regelt die Geschwindigkeiten. - Der deutsche Ober-Ing. Zaschka an dem von ihm construierten Rotations-Flugzeug während der Versuche. Oben der Kreisel sowie der Motor des Versuchsflugzeuges.
