Summary

Photo is freely available on the internet together with a collection of Romanian historical pre-war and interwar period photos taken from history books. It is portraying a "bulibasa" or Roma king as it used to be and is intended to be used in the Roma People article.

How are we to know that this is a "bulibasa"? What's his name? Where was he from? When was the photograph taken, by whom, for what purpose, when published and where? Saying it was found 'on the internet' is not sufficient for inclusion in Wikipedia articles RashersTierney (talk) 15:12, 2 February 2009 (UTC)
Appears to be 19th century, from the pipe. – Quadell (talk) 18:42, 6 May 2009 (UTC)
