Français : Peint pour la chapelle de la Vierge et de saint Christophe de l'église Saint-Gervais-Saint-Protais de Paris. Triptyque démembré à une date inconnue. Propriété successive de F.T. Sabin, Londres, 1953 ; puis L.N. Malmedé, Cologne ; puis Dr Heinrich Becker, Dortmund, vers 1967 ; puis Hans M. Cramer, La Haye, 1975–79 ; puis Dr Heinrich Bischoff, Berlin. Passé en vente chez Sotheby's le 9 décembre 2015 (lot 5). Acquis par le musée du Louvre pour la somme de 965000 Livres Sterling.
