New SVG image

A modified version of the now deleted en:Image:Layout engine usage share.png image. The differences:

- the period shown is only from 1996-2005

- only Netscape Classic, Firefox (and related) and IE for Windows are explicitly shown; all others are lumped together as "Others" (including Mosaic, Safari and Opera).

- IE is put at the bottom with NN/FF curving around it; I did it this way for visual effect to show the rise and (current) fall of IE. To preempt any POV concerns, please note that IE is currently dropping archive copy at the Wayback Machine by up to 1% per month with basically all of that going to FF. If that were to change (in the years ahead), the graph would reflect that.

- It is 'prettied up' compared to the other image; no offense, but I really don't like the cross-hatching ^_-;
