Summary

Description
English: The British I Corps used an insignia of a white spearhead, symbolising their role as the spearhead of the British Army. The 1st Infantry Division adopted a white triangle to represent the tip of that spear. The badge was used through to 1983. During the 1960s, a red outline was added.
